It's Simple! 

Using the RUSM Connect platform, students and alumni can complete a profile, which includes general information such as demographic information, specialty or specialty of interest, grad year, involvement in student organizations and groups, etc. Your profile will be visible to RUSM Connect Network. You will be provided with suggested contacts based on your profile, but also have the ability to search for alumni based on your own criteria or keyword search. Once you find someone you would like to connect with, you can send a message directly to initiate the connection.  

• Once connected, establish the goal of the connection to determine if it is a good fit - whether it's to answer a few specific questions or something more extensive where a cadence of communication is established. 
• The platform offers several options for communicating including video chat, but you are not limited to just those. Feel free to use whichever works for you!
